"I was the 3rd place U.S. winner of the 2009 OsoLean Challenge!"

I knew I had to do something. Every time I looked in the mirror or got on the scale I realized once again that I had let myself go. My clothes didn’t fit any more, everything was too tight. I just wanted to lose inches and feel better. So when the OsoLean Challenge came up, I decided it was time. I got my daughter Sherri onboard, and we signed up for the Challenge together.

I started using OsoLean powder twice a day. Avoiding my favorite snacks, chips and cookies, wasn’t easy because my husband still ate them. But I cut them out of my diet, and I took Steve Nugent’s advice and avoided white foods in general, especially sugar.

I had a kind of slow start. Exercise isn’t easy for me; I tend to “forget.” But my neighbor is a schoolteacher who is off during the summers, so she and I would take walks. I’d bring my dogs too; they love to go on walks. I started walking 30 minutes a day and in a few weeks, I was up to two miles a day, every day.

Overall I’ve lost 20 pounds and I feel much healthier now! Even my husband noticed. I’ll never forget, he was hugging me one day and he said, “Oh! There’s not much fat there!” I felt great! My plan is to continue working toward my goal of 140 pounds. With OsoLean powder, continued activity and eating smaller portions, I know I can do it.

I tell anyone who is interested in looking great to try OsoLean powder. You can achieve your goals!
