Keep Moving!
It’s important to be active when you’re watching your weight, and physical activity is an important partner in your success with OsoLean powder. Aim for at least 30 minutes of physical activity, five days a week—or even every day!°
If 30 minutes of activity at one time is too much, you can break it up into 10-minute segments. Walk the dog in the morning, take a walk around the office at lunch, then walk the dog again when you get home.
Quick tips to boost your activity:
- Take the stairs!
- Walk across the building to talk to your coworkers, instead of sending an e-mail.
- Stand up while you talk on the phone.
- Park in the spot farthest from the door at the grocery store.
