For ten years, I’ve wanted to become “naturally thin”—lean, not just slim. So when Mannatech came out with OsoLean powder, I knew I had to give it a try. Then came the OsoLean Challenge, and I thought “what the heck.” It was the motivation I needed to get fit and firm.

I started using OsoLean powder first thing in the morning. Sometimes I mix it with the Ambrotose® and Phyt•Aloe® powders and hemp oil. I also replace one meal a day with vanilla GlycoSlim® drink mix. It tastes great and it’s an easy way to cut calories.

In addition, I cut down on how much food I put on my plate. With OsoLean powder I noticed that I fill up faster. I’ve also learned the importance of drinking plenty of water and checking labels to see how many calories are in a serving.‡

After

I am not into exercising, but I knew I had to get active. When I need a boost to get moving, I simply remind myself how good I always feel when I’m done. I have more energy and I can go out there and get things done! I do like the treadmill and my Chi machine, and now I also play backyard hockey with my grandson and even went snowshoeing for the first time with my daughters!

Starting on May 21, 2009, I weighed in at 135.5 pounds, with a waist measurement of 36.5 inches. My goal was to get in the 120’s. I didn’t care exactly where!

After eight weeks, on July 16, 2009, I weighed 129.8 pounds and my waist was 30.75 inches. And I now feel like I have a bounce in my step.†

I say just start slow and things will begin to happen that will make you happy. It did for me, and if I can do it, anybody can!
