“I was the 2nd place U.S. winner of the 2009 OsoLean Challenge!”

After my doctor told me he’d have to put me on blood pressure medicine if I didn’t lose weight, I started using OsoLean powder. I had been trying to lose 45 pounds for the past 10 years, but have had trouble getting it off.

I started making smoothies every morning using OsoLean powder, fruit and vanilla GlycoSlim® meal replacement drink. They were delicious, and easy to make!

Soon, I started counting my calories and keeping a food journal to make myself accountable for everything I ate. I also cut out sodas and carbohydrates after 4:00 pm. Most importantly, I learned that fast food is not your friend!

I don’t really like gyms, but I love being outdoors. So, I started going on long walks with my friend and also did floor exercises like crunches and planks at home.

Within the first month, I started seeing results—I lost 2 1/2inches, and others started to take notice!
